As Team Leader and Listing Specialist, I ensure your home makes a powerful impact on the market from it's very first listing day. My daily focus is on marketing, monitoring, positioning and follow up. I work to consistently market your home to prospective buyers through all our different mediums including my realtor network. I monitor the market to watch for new actives, pendings, price changes and solds to keep my listings positioned ahead of the market so my listings SELL not SIT! Positioning is not all about price. Positioning includes condition, ease of show, aggressive marketing AND price.
My next important function is to follow up on the showings on your home to see if the previous showing client has any interest. If they show even a slight interest, I then work to see what it will take to progress these buyers from mild interest to offer. I stay focused on causing your home to sell!
